I had purchased a xolo q900s on 14 august 2015. From the date of purchase I was having a problem that it did not work with any other sim except vodafone I went to the service center more the twelve times but still they fail to repair my mobile. I then started to write mails to them regarding my problem on [protected]@xolo.in where I would get a computer generated message every time. Getting irritated I sent them a legal notice, but they refuse to awnser that also. Going to the court is the last option for me, but i will have to go if they do not do any thing.
