I had placed the order with your Midnapore Town Service Centre Named as "CURIOSITY" for Q500 Battery on 07.07.2015 with Advance of Rs.200/- In between I had given reminder also. But today on 01.08.2015 they are telling go to Kharagpur Service Centre. Our Midnapore Centre is closed for XOLO SERVICING. I felt it is a type of harrasment for CUSTOMER, the Set was purchased one year back the battery has gone unserviceable. Kindly try to arrange one XOLO Q 500 battery for me on priority and Where from I can get the delivery Kharagpur or Midnapore.
