[Resolved] Xolo Mobile — Not repairing mobile phone | |||
Dear Sir, I bought a "XOLO OPUS Q1000" on 15/06/2014 and It got dead on 20/06/2014. I gave it for repairing at SHIVA TECHNOLOGY, KANPUR authorized service center of XOLO MOBILE. I got a message at 22/07/2014 that your mobile had been repaired so i went there for receiving my mobile but at that time it still not repaired so i submitted this mobile phone again. After two month of submission of mobile phone, I could not get my mobile phone. I called customer care but they are not giving satisfactory answer. I have frustrated by the service of XOLO SERVICE.
