[Resolved] Xolo — mobile phone not recovered from service centre | |||
I have purchased Xolo A500s mobile phone on 08/09/2013. on 07/08/2014 my phone touch screen is not working properly so i submitted my phone in xolo authorised service centre on 13/08/2014 address- JMV TECHNOSOL Pvt. Ltd. K-12A, KALKAJI NEW DELHI, DELHI 110019 Ph.[protected], [protected] Work-order no.[protected], dated 13/08/2014 After the days of maturity (20 to 25 days) i call service centre to many times but they always said my phone is in xolo repair factory till date. and also i talk to the manager of the service centre but he also said my phone will repair in some days but still my phone is not repaired. I am a student in college so i have facing lots of problem regarding projects and time table of the colleges which is online.
