I have bought xolo Q800 mobile of cost Rs.11, 500 last year, they gave 1 year warranty. in the peroid of 1 year charger was gone, mobile charger connector get loosed and i was not able to charge my phone. i went to authorised service center in mysore, but they said it is not under warranty &
you have to pay Rs1250.00 and i paid and changed the connector, even xolo customer care simply supported service center answer, again within 3 months charger connector has been broken, now warranty has been over, i gave my mobile to another authorised service center in coimbatore, they took 1.5 months and finally said there is a problem in mother board we have to change it will cost 4000 rs to 5000rs. and they said we sent to xolo main factory they told to return unwarranty mobiles, i called xolo customer care and asked the reason they simply said if service center told you have to pay money and change . but i gave mobile for charger connector they told problem in mother board and have to change. I am helpless, xolo is simply interested to selling mobiles only not to satisfy the proper service . i need proper answer from xolo and they wasted about 7 days of my work. kindly help me to get proper solution from xolo.
