This has been height of carelessness from xolo care. i have a problem in my handset xolo Q3000 (IMEI-[protected]) in its touch auto work, heating problem. i have registered complaint in xolo care 3 times in two month, but there is not any positive response from them. finally my handset is submit in xolo care since last 15 days (9/5/2015 with work order no.[protected] and still they tell me that it will take some more time. i have lost my patience now. i don't know how much time they will take to give me my ok set, or i want that my hand set will be replace from the new one.
