Sir, my name is saurabh khairnar, i had a xolo q1010i smartphone which blasted and burned on date[protected] during charging that lead to serious damage to my handset as well as well as my commodity as shown in pics. As this is a serious scenario which should be considered by xolo mobile corporation, and necessary action should be taken regarding compensation as well as a clarification with pardons from XOLO'S side. i have to take serious legal action as this burn could have resulted to a serious hazard of mine . kindly contact me soon as possible, because its a serious damage to xolo's identity. I am trying to contact xolo customer care number[protected] but its saying invalid number. its a real frustration from a consumer side if even customer care no is not working of you. so i have this mail to contact you. my phone imei no is :IMEI-1:[protected] IMEI-2:[protected]. my contact no:[protected].
