[Resolved] Xolo Mobile — xolo smart mobile phone | |||
I purchased 8x-1100 xolo mobile handset on 13.2.15, and it stopped working within 20 days of purchasing . Now company and service centre is saying mobile needs repairing at higher centre . Already one week passed in repairing mobile by xoloservice centre kamdhenu tower Bhopal. Now they are saying 15 days are further needed repair it . Probably company is selling defected piece that gone bad within 20 days As a customer I should be given new hand set as replacement because service centre is unable to correct it.
