[Resolved] Xolo Mobiles — Not able to trace my Q700 given at collection center for repair

This is regarding complaint (Q700 model-Wi-Fi, bluetooth not working, Network problem, Touch problem, three alphabets i, n, l not working) as handset is only 1.5months old. According to complaint no.[protected] dated 7th oct, 2013 registered at customer care guided me to collection point. On 9th Oct, 2013 i delivered my handset at Sahib Services, Cabin No. 17, Sector 22B, Chandigarh. I call 2 times on customer care and info given by executives that your handset is in process. Its already 22days passed when i submitted my handset. A lot of problems facing without my handset as now festive season. If my handset is not repairable kindly give me new handset and if repairable then trace my handset and delivered it as soon as possible. Regards, Gaurav [protected]
