I submitted xolo opus 3 mobile phone on 14th july at city centre jaipur service centre. They asked for a time of 7 days for screen replacement. On 8 th day asked again for a time of 2-3 days then again for 2-3 days. With an excuse that spare parts are not available in the company. Its delay due to backend team they said. The way of talking of employee asif is not acceptable too. " hum kya kre nhi a rha part to, a jayega to laga k de denge" these are their words.
Such a big mobile company have poor service system. Even not asks employees how to talk with customer. Does not stands on their commitments.
