I had purchase xolo q1010i (white) at 01 nov 14 but after 1 month there was problem in SIM detection, problem was in one slot so, I had submitted my handset at xolo service center as on date 04/12/14. My work order number is[protected].After so many follow up i had received xolo q1010i (black) handset on 13/01/15 (after 40 days). I had submitted xolo q1010i white colour but i received black colour handset, but i need same model xolo q1010i in white colour, so i had resent my handset on same day. My new work order number is[protected]. Still present, i not received my handset back (approx 2 months complete), I contact customer care they said that your handset is under repairing, but the handset was new and it does not need any repairing, it is just to be replaced with white colour same model.
