[Resolved] Xolo — Old mobile received and refund denied | |||||
SIR i was ordered xolo black 1x(seller =lava international limited Kunda_VL-VOI when i was received mobile the box is not looking new condition and the tape was in open condition then i open the box the mobile looking used and dusty, fingerprint on mobile.then i saw the manufacturing date of mobile which is November 2015 it is almost one year old stock then i was rise refund request.then they took return my phone. now they said your mobile quality check fail and we will send back to you again.then i called snapdeal customer care 5 to 6 time every time they give only we will update u r complaint but nothing happened.then i called lava customer care and service center they said only snapdeal or seller only make decision.now i want refund already 15 day gone for these process.please make quick response.I cant wait again and again.
