I'd baught xXOLO Q1000 last October which stopped working all of a sudden. I gave it to one of your service centre
s in Koparkhairane where in they detected the problem as battery issue. Hence i bought new battery by paying 950/- After changing the battery the problem still persisted as it was not starting only. i had 3-4 rounds of travelling to service centre after which your people came to the conclusion that the phone needs to be checked thoroughly & they kept it with themselves by giving me receipt for same. There was no communication after that. ( submission date was 31.07.2014). I had to do the follow up about the case with them then i got to know that it is sent to Noida for PCB issue. I got the message from LAVA Mobile on 06th Aug'14 : ' Dear Customer, Expected delivery date for the product submitted vide notification No.[protected] will be 14.08.2014. For any query, call us at 91 [protected]' After this message we are continuously following up with given service centre number but i m getting only vague answers like ' it'll take a week's time more', 'it'll take 4-5 days time' etc.
Guys... if you don't want to take customer seriously then i'll have to take it seriously and go to Consumer Forum.
Kindly take this complaint seriously or else face the dire consequences as i'll defame your brand on social media and sue you for non compliance. Was this information helpful? |
