[Resolved] Xolo — pathetic service from XOLO | |||
I had purchased Xolo tablet 7 on august 4th and in less than a month the tablet stopped working . I then submitted the Tablet to Guru Nanak Communication an authorized xolo service center of XOLO in Uttam Nagar, Delhi . Now after following up with them continuously for one month they are saying that the device is beyond repair and they said they would be providing me with a DO/DOA letter and now I have to follow with the store from which I bought this tablet to get it replaced . Could you please explain me few things here, what is the point in having an all India warranty if I have to book a ticket to Bangalore just to get my tablet replaced because i purchased it through Amazon from a store in Bangalore and secondly i want to know if the warranty is being offered by XOLO or by the store because if the store closes down will my Warranty get void . Please look into my issue and get my tablet replaced at the earliest, my vide notiification no is[protected]. I have already tried to reach out to xolo customercare through all possible means i.e xolo care, there facebook page but no response yet, hoping to get a reply here at least . My XOLO Q100s fell from the pocket and the screen has cracked. I have been talking to Service Centres but none of them have the Spare Part (Touch Screen) and most of them report that supply of spare parts is a problem with XOLO. ??
This is bad.
The Service Centres have asked me to deposit the phone with them and the estimated time for repairs is minimum 15 - 20 days. There is no assurance and it can be more also.
How do companies like Xolo expect to survive in a competitive world with such service levels?
I for one will never buy a Xolo phone again.
