[Resolved]  Xolo — phone not works well

i had purchase a phone xolo q700 price 10500 but it is not working i had given to service centrebut they are giving me a another phone xolo q700s plus price 6500 but that is not working and given another phone it is not working also . they are not giving any response.

Sorry to inform about inconvenience caused to me. I am totally dissatisfied about the service as I have already been replaced with wrong handset after one month of waiting. now the same replaced phone has got same type of problem. and I have been told by service center executive to wait for one more month for repairing. I am tierd of all this. kindly resolve my quiry.
dear sir as per you I send you my work order number that is[protected] and also imei no. [protected] and now I want my new phone whose price at least 9500
as per you sir I give full information as you want I send my work order number but at that time I not received any information about my complaint sir
for xolo team or xolo customers care not response me for my problem they hold only the call no help at that time for my side this is bad company
totally bad company of xolo no service available on service centre and also customer care helps us it is not a company its a bad company

after now xolo company not solve my problem in last comment bharti Singh rawat say we solve your problem today I call she and they sad nothing going on this phone you will receive same phone and they told me to go consumer court we will not help and they have not pick my phone and you will receive this unconditional phone not new one
again my problem not solve at that time if I call them they only misbehave with me Mr pankach aroora yesterday I called him and they sad we don't help u this is the worst worst company ever in the world
I have purchased a Xolo Q1000 OPUS on 19.3.14 . Since then it has been given three times for repair to Xolo service centre at F1 info Solutions & Services P, C/o Best Services, Shop No.G1 & G2, New Delhi, Delhi-110034 either for touch or display etc not working. Fourth time again mobile has been handed over to said service centre. The service centre says charging jack has been broken. I said that you may charge for it though to my best of knowledge except charging I have not done anything. Its display was also not clearly visible. The service centre has given me job sheet showing they will charge Rs 3075 for Jack and display. I showed them the original purchase receipt.Still they say it is not covered in warranty on some pretext/
story known to them. Sir/Madam my submission is when one year has not elapsed from date of purchase and mobile has not fallen/ damaged how the service centre can charge on both counts.. IMEI No. is [protected]. Mobile was handed over to service centre on 27.1.2015 (12.27.59). Workorder No.[protected]. Sir I am a senior citizen requesting you to look into firstly from the angle mobile set appears defective from the beginning asking problems and problems repairs. Secondly why I am charged in warranty period. If I am not attended properly I will be constrained to
approach consumer court for relief
