Jaiswal Date of Purchase:22/01/2014 Model No.:XOLO Q 1000 opus IMEI 1:[protected] IMEI 2:[protected] SN: Q1000O013L2008316 Problems:1) Camera Hangs during capturing 2) Automatic Mobile Switch-off several times a day 3) Speaker Problem (incoming voice is not being received properly) 4) Display Hangs frequently during process 5) Power Button not working properley. I once submitted my mobile to my Nearest XOLO CARE (i.e Kavya Mobile Services, C-101, Vimal Super Market, Mehsana City: MehsanaPincode: 384002Contact Manager: Mr Gautam Nayak, but no proper service received. i am highly unsatisfied with the Company services. Poor service of company reflects poor performance. with much grief i am admitting that i would not recommend this brand to anyone due to lack of good services. my phone is in warranty period and hence i demand for immediate solution to my above stated problem. please do the needful at the earliest.
