[Resolved] Xolo — Regarding repair / Replace Mobile | |||
I have given my XOLO 1010 i mobile (IMEI - [protected]) for repair (Charging Problem and battery was not saving) in XOLO Care (Yash Services, Code 1300403) at Narnaul-123001 (Hry.) in January 2015 and they, after repairing, change the battery and charging unit, give it back to me in evening on the same day and said that problem has been solved. But next day I went again there as the problem was not solved and after repairing again they gave it back to me in evening of the same day by saying that now the problem has solved. But on third day (January 2015) I went again at the same XOLO Care as my mobile's problem was not solved and they said that I would to deposit my mobile with them and they will give it back to me after 30-45 days as they don't have the faulty parts (Charging Unit / Patta, battery etc.) with them and they will send my mobile to XOLO Company for repairing or replace my mobile. When I asked for providing me any mobile (spare / backup) because they were asking a very long time for repairing my mobile and no one can manage such a long time without mobile. But they said that they will not provide any spare mobile. So, I came back by saying that In these circumstances mostly people don't repair their mobile with you as you say to every customer for 30-60 days for repairing. I also said that if they demand the parts (as needed for my mobile) from the company and when they received that part, they can call me. Now on 20.03.2015 I went again at customer care centre and told about my mobile problem. They said that the two sets of parts (as needed for my mobile) has been couriered by the company and they (XOLO Care) will received the courier in coming 2-3 days and my problem will be resolved then. So I deposited my mobile vide JOB Sheet (Workorder No.[protected]. But next day (21.03.2015) I got a telephonic message from there that the company has not couriered the Parts and they will send my mobile to the Company and my mobile will come back after repairing / replacing after 4-5 days. When I call them after 6 days, they said that the mobile will now come after 45-60 days. Hence, It is requested that please repair / replace my mobile at the earliest and also answer my below mentioned points. 1. Why the above mentioned care / company take such a long time (30 - 60 days) in repairing or replacing the mobile by the company. 2. When they (Yash Servies), after Checking on their system, said me that the mobile parts has been couriered by the company yesterday and they will change my mobile's faulty parts after 2-3 days. But why the said me on the next day that the company has not been couriered the parts. (So please check at your end that the parts were couriered or not) ? Please do the needful at the earliest.
