[Resolved]  Xolo — Regarding To Bad Services Provided Against My XOLO Phone Repairing

Dear Sir/Madam, I want to inform that my mobile XOLO (A500 club), EMI No- [protected] & Date of Purchase- 26.5.2014 was getting switch off in several intervals of time. And in this regard i have personally submitted the phone to your branch office(Behind Desire Hotel, Red Cross Market) dated 10.04.2015 to detect the problem and diagnosis of the same. After 7 days( i.e 17.04.2015) i have collected same but regret to inform that same problem yet coming. Hence today again i have deposit/handover my mobile at your branch office(Railway Road, Near Over bridge).So please share with me the actual problem of my handset and why it is Taking so much time to repair as due to this i am suffering a lot. Also Note my grantee period is going to complete dated 26.05.2015. If problem will not be solved by your branch official up to grantee Date then your branch/concern person will be responsible to repair the Same at their own cost.Now i hope your kind support and quick action in this matter so that our trust can be make on your service. Above mail already done to your customer care id dt. 22.4.15 and a reminder dated 24.04.2015. But still not a single revert received from your side. Please take this matter seriously and do the needful...
