[Resolved] Xolo — replaced my xolo q700 with a dead phone

i purshased a xolo q700 at shriram tower, hazratganj, lucknow in ganpati mobile shop dated 2013 november. In earlydays it work impressive but after 6 month its battery damaged.but xolo service center dosn't support me.then after some days its touch creates problem then i was submit my phone at allahabad xolo service center. dated 09/08/2014 complaint vide no.[protected] a message came from xolo care at 10/09/14.the msg was>(Dear customer, your xolo device submitted vide notification no.[protected] is repaired kindly collect it from service center at the earliesthen they was gave me a dead xolo q700s old, used & scrached device.

I received a sms from XOLO customer care on 17.09.2014 stating that my phone has been repaired and delivered to the service center. When i visited the service center to collect my phone they replied that they didn't received the handset. This is a very disgusting situation since i already travelled 80 kms to collect the phone only after receiving the sms from XOLO office noida.
