[Resolved]  Xolo — Rgarding for more than a month i Cant get my Moble from you.

Sir, I am karthik, I had summit my q900s mobile to united mobile centre, Chennai on 12-2-15..after that call from customer care from ([protected]).they told me to pay 1000 extra and u get a q1020 new mobile..i had paid the amount on[protected]. Till now i cant get my mobile...Plz take immediate action.They given the Mr.Punit number ([protected]) This guy also not clearly give the status...When will i get my phone..for more than one month i Cant use my mobile...PLZ TAKE NECESSARY STEPS GET BACK TO ME THE PHONE.
