[Resolved]  Xolo — service centre refusing to service free of cost within warranty period

sir, i have purchased a xolo q 1010i on 30 apr 2014. the back button of the screen stopped working some days back I went to service centre O mobile at 15 I C road Rahara Khardah Kolkata 700118 mob: [protected], They told me your PDA along with Screen is to be changed but that will cost Rs 4300/-. When asked that it was under warranty he started seeing the mobile little seriously and then told me has the set fallen down from my hand when i said no, he told me there seem to some physical damage so warranty is void and i have to give full cash. My repeated persuasion could not convince him that set has no physical damage.Sir, try to understand the situation the set which cost around Rs 13000 is not worked for 12 months.
