I purchased xolo Q800 on 20/10/2013 and after 2 month it get stuck in headphone mode even I plugged out headphones. And when call comes I have to connect headphone to hear a voice. So for this malfunction i gave my phone to xolo care center on 26/12/2013. Xolo Care Details Name: Maxcom Address : Shop no.4 Mahavir Tower Nr. Ganesh Talkies, thane-400601 From then one month has been past but I don't get my phone back or solved any problem. they just saying that it goes to noida & from one month it's happening.They are not giving any exchange or refund even my phone is under warrenty.
