[Resolved] Xolo — servicing regarding my xolo Q1200 | |||
My name is Arun unable to attach bill...but u can get details from IMEI number IMEI no-[protected] Battery of my phone has been swelled . i immediately submitted it to the nearest service center. and the expected date given by them is 10 /oct/2014..and till now there is no update regarding it. when enquired at service center ..they told me to wait till 25/oct/2014 .. By recieving the expected delivery date, i postponed my further plans according to it, but its very dissappointing to know the servicing of xolo company.. Atleast they should give me(customer) a confirmed date that makes trust and customer make plans according to it.. and helpline number has showed no active response against my complaint. . earlier there was no update regarding it. But then, the update, which says that u have to wait for some time or u may take xolo Q1010i..do i worth it ..?? i mean, i spend whole lot of 2 weeks in collecting extra money for xolo Q1200 and u say u can take Q1010i . This is not a fair deal..this scenario of servicing took 26 days and till now there is no part available for my phone. i am losing my patience, from 30th of september - 24 of october. its a long period of time, in which you can import a part and repair a phone. That was my phone !!! I spend a whole month in collecting that sum of money .!! This ain't no joke ..Either xolo company repair my phone and get it back to me . Or arrage a new xolo Q1200. . This is not an excuse that parts are not available... they have to keep extra stock for that.. i[censored] would have tried really ...they guys have made it till now ... 2 occations ( diwali + dusshera) passed n no phone . i am a student, i have lot of work to do using phone.Reminding u the lines of management that " u can take xolo Q1010i.." u guys are too good bussiness magnets .. 3 cheers for u !! but what about me ..?? u want me take replacement of xolo Q1010i for Q1200.. i am losing my patience, from 30th of september - 25 of october. its a long period of time, in which you can import a part and repair a phone. Unfortunately i'am also a xolo customer i also faced same problem with my Q700i and they replaced my phone by Q1010i which was my my biggest mistake that i took that phone. Within 4 days that phone starts hanging up, heats up so that u can prepare some food and red/yellow line has appeared on the screen. So my suggestion not to take Q1010i phone as they are giving the defective replacement and the customer assistance is also very poor making fool of every customer.
