[Resolved] Xolo — Still my phone is not repaired

Dear Sir My Name is Asim Qureshi From Mumbai and i was using Xolo Q800... but because of some problem in my phone like key pad touch is not working.. it is under warranty and i have given
my phone to charni road service center Mumbai on 09/07/2014.my worksheet id is.[protected]
15 days as pass sir still they have not repaired my phone...again and again they are
giving some kind of excuse that we don't have parts or else they have send my phone to a company and every week they tell me you will get your phone next week .. so please I request you to
look in to the matter... Thanks Asim...
