[Resolved] Xolo — Took more than 3 months to repair | |||
I have given my xolo mobile Q2000L, IMEI-[protected] to xolo service station in Surat for a problem (Work Order No:[protected]. I have given my mobile on 12th May 2015 and still I do not have my mobile with me. There are numerous service records on my mobile but they have still not provided me the details on what took them 3 months. On following dates they gave a service order. 12 May 14 May 3 June 30 June 23 July. I still don't have my mobile and they do not want to give me details of the repairs.
