MOBILE HEATING 4. NETWORK PROBLEM 5. BETTRY BACK UP LOW 6. POWER BUTTON PROPER NOT WORKING 7. SOMETIME DISPLAY BLANK MY MOBILE SUBMMITED ON 15/9/2014 AT CUSTOMER CARE CENTRE, BUT THE SAME DELIVERED TO ME ON NEX DAY 16.09.2014 MORNING, TELLING THAT THE INSTRUMENT IS READY FOR USE, BUT ABOVE PROBLEMS NOT REMOVED AT ALL. HENCE ON 16/09/2014, I AGAIN SUBMITTED MY INSTRUMENT AT SUPREME CARE, JODHPUR ADDRESS- SETIYA BHAWAN JALORI GATE JODHPUR PIN CODE 342001 CONTACT NUMBER IS [protected] AUTHORISED SERVICE CENTER VIDE JOB WORKORDER NO.[protected] BUT I RECEIVED MESSAGE FROM THE AUTHORISED SERVICE CENTRE REFERRED ABOVE, STATING THAT THE INSTRUMENT WOULD BE REPAIRED AND DELIVERED ON 04/10/2014, BUT NOT ANY ALTERNATE / NEW REPLACEMENT INSTRUMENT GIVEN TO ME, THEN HOW COULD I WORK TILL THAT DATE. 3 TIMES JOB CARD MADE BUT ALL IN VEIN. THEY REPLACED THE PIECE, BUT OFFERED PIECE IS ALSO DEFECTIVE. OFFERED PIECE AGAIN SURRENDERED VIDE JOB CARD[protected] DATED 29.09.2014 AT JODHPUR CUSTOMER SERVICE CENTRE. BUT I HAVE STILL NEITHER RECEIVED THE SATISFACTORY ANSWER FROM THE SERVICE CENTRE NOR RECEIVED ANY NEW PIECE IN LIEU OF THE LAST ONE PIECE SURRENDERED.

FROM THE LOCAL CUSTOMER CARE CELL, WE ARE TOLD THAT VERY SOON YOUR PROBLEM WILL BE SOLVED BUT FROM LAST 7 DAYS I AM REGULARY VISITING FOR THE SAME BUT THERE ARE NO RESULT.
I HOPE IF THE COMPANY OFFER UPPER VERSION OF THE TOUCH SCREEN SMART PHONE AT A REASONAABLE PRICE ABOVE THE CURRENT VERSION, AS I AM NOT SATISFIED WITH THE CURRENT VERSION (MODEL), I AM READY TO PAY THE DIFFERENCE OF THE SAME .
