MY MOBILE SUBMMITED ON 15/9/2014 AT CUSTOMER CARE CENTRE, BUT THE SAME DELIVERED TO ME ON NEX DAY 16.09.2014 MORNING, TELLING THAT THE INSTRUMENT IS READY FOR USE, BUT ABOVE PROBLEMS NOT REMOVED AT ALL.
HENCE ON 16/09/2014, I AGAIN SUBMITTED MY INSTRUMENT AT SUPREME CARE, JODHPUR ADDRESS- SETIYA BHAWAN JALORI GATE JODHPUR PIN CODE 342001 CONTACT NUMBER IS [protected] AUTHORISED SERVICE CENTER VIDE JOB WORKORDER NO.[protected]
BUT I RECEIVED MESSAGE FROM THE AUTHORISED SERVICE CENTRE REFERRED ABOVE, STATING THAT THE INSTRUMENT WOULD BE REPAIRED AND DELIVERED ON 04/10/2014, BUT NOT ANY ALTERNATE / NEW REPLACEMENT INSTRUMENT GIVEN TO ME, THEN HOW COULD I WORK TILL THAT DATE.
