[Resolved] Xolo — Unnecessary Messages

I am receiving Cell Broadcast Messages unnecessarily for last 4-5 days, day and night. I am unable to un-install or even disable the application named "Cell Broadcasts" because such an application was pre-installed in my XOLO Q1100 Smart phone. Please help me out in solving my problem at the earliest. The attached screenshot image is just the number of messages which I have received within 10-125 minutes.
