[Resolved]  Xolo — Very poor service for replacement mobile

I am received a replacement mobile Xolo Q900s(2 months used mobile) dt[protected]Rs.9999/-) (Old repair mobile Q900-Rs.12100/-) after 45 days. Now the Xolo Q900s mobile arising problems one by one. The details are,

The Work Order No.[protected] / Dt.[protected]. (Work Order copy attached with this mail)(IMEI.No. [protected])
Problems are,

1. The sim contacts are not displaying. (Stored -250 contacts. Display- 230 contacts only). Every time I need to restart the mobile to get all contacts.
2. Not able to Delete and Save the contacts.Every time I need to restart the mobile to save or delete the contacts.
3. The camera is hangs when opening.
4. The display lights blinking in the 4 side edges of display screen and hangs the screen display.
5. Battery charge quickly drying.
6. Not able to make conference calls.

If possible to issue any new mobile (not used) like exchange. I will bare the extra amount. Because Q900 comes problem and Q900s also problem.

My home to service centre around 50km up and down. I am not able to visit the mobiles comes problems continuously. Today i need the exact status for my mobile without fail.

(My old Work order No.[protected]for Q900), IMEI.No. [protected] for your reference). If you have my Q900 mobile please send that to me. That Q900 mobile is very good compare to the Q900s mobile (now i am using).

The service center (F1 Info Solutions & Service, Ganapathy, Coimbatore -TamilNadu) Manager Mr.Vinoth given a commitment to return the mobile Xolo Q900s on[protected]Maximum)(After repairing). But the spares they are ordered (dt[protected] from Noida store still now not yet shipped. Then how they are give a mobile to me on[protected], how to honor their commitment.

Already i am informed to you regarding the last issue for my mobile Q900. After 45 days only i got the replacement mobile. Because the spares are not available for that mobile. At the time i am put a online consumer complaint then only the service center peoples are taking immediate steps.

i am not have any standby handset. I am using my sim in my friends handset (Because the sim card are now in micro sims suitable for Q900s).
Last time i am given for repair work Xolo Q900 (Rs.12000/- worth) mobile and you given replacement mobile Xolo Q900s (Rs.9000/- Worth)( Factory testing department used mobile. Not a new mobile )
Now that mobile also problem with in 2 months. At the time replacing mobile from factory side they are given a guaranty for that mobile (Mobile is in good Condition). But now the replacement mobile also problem.
I am not like to face the problems all times. I need the permanent solution immediately. Every time i am contact the service centre day by day and the mails sent to customer care for status of my mobile. This is not my duty.
I am very much disappointed in Xolo.
All other brands are taking maximum time of 7 working days to finish their major repairing work or replacement.

13 days is finished today itself . I am enquired in customer care today[protected] and given a request to issue a phone with in the week. And they are forwarded he request to the concern department.

In local service center technical peoples (F1 Info Solutions & Service, Ganapathy, Coimbatore- TamilNadu) already tested and they said the phone is have the problems of Display, Software, Camera & Battery . And the spare for this mobile is not available now .

Now the factory peoples are checking the same for the last 3 days. Till now the exact status of the handset is not informed to me. Now the status is showing only Under Repairing on last 3 days.
One mobile phone (already given a replacement mobile) needs how many days for repairing time?.
Everyday i am call to the customer care Toll free number[protected] and Care - Mail team Mobile No. [protected]. But still now they not confirmed the exact delivery date of repaired mobile or another replacement.
Every time i am facing this problem in XOLO.

I am purchased Q900 Last year, that mobile is submitted for repairing and i got a replacement mobile after 45 days. (the consumer complaint already sent to the xolo care.
The replacement Q900s mobile also problem with in 2 months. I am already given a request to xolo care executive Anuj patwal regarding, issue a new mobile XOLO 8X-1020, XOLO Q1020 etc (i say if extra amount comes i will pay). No reply for that.
Till now what mobile sent from factory to service centre dt 25-02-15 details are not known by the toll free executive and service centre peoples.
At the time issuing replacement mobile (factory testing people 2 months used) xolo care peoples given a guarantee for Q900s is not comes problem. But with in 2 months lot of problems comes.
This type of problems come what can i do. I am not have the time to continuously follow up to service centre and customer care.
I request you to issue a new mobile (for Replacement).

Dear Mr.Sandeep Dey & Mr.Anuj Patwal,
Regarding the work order number[protected] / Dt.[protected] for Xolo Q900s (Replacement mobile problem),
As per your mail dt[protected], the shipment was received in F1 Info Solutions, Coimbatore today 28-02-15 at 11.50 am. I am visited the service centre and check the mobile, with in two hours I found the following problems,
1. Contacts are not able to Save and Delete. (Every time need to restart the mobile for saving & deleting contacts.
2. Not able to make the call conference.
The service centre manager Mr.Vinoth also sees these problems in mobile today, and he tried to rectify. But the problems are not able to rectify. So, I am not received that Q900s mobile. That mobile returned in service centre and the above said work order number was not closed now. Mobile now in service centre only.
If I am using this mobile on regularly, the following problems also comes one by one,
 Display Edges blinking
 Camera Hangs at the time of opening,
 The display buttons are not work some times.
These are the problems already I informed to you. This shows factory peoples also not rectified my mobile problems. You all are using my mobile for research purpose.
Today[protected] my Half day is waste because of visiting service centre.
Customers are not an to waste their time to visit the service centre and follow up with the customer care.
I don’t want the Xolo Q900 series mobiles. I need the Replacement of New mobile Xolo 8X-1020 or return the money immediately.
I want the result today without fail and need replacement or money on Monday.
Please check with the service centre and take immediate action.
