[Resolved] Xolo — Work order No[protected] &[protected] , handset not received for past 75 days | |||
Hi, I submitted my Xolo mobile- 6X-1000 to Xolo care on 27th May 2015 as the display was broken . More than 76 days over i didn't get back my mobile yet. I visited several times to service center they always assured that i will get it back with in 2 or 3 days. Please help me out in this matter. My work order No. was[protected] when I submitted my phone . When I called Xolo Customer care in Jul end they said my Work order No. was closed without any intimation to me and a new Work order No. is generated for my Mobile which is[protected] by the service center . I even don’t have the New Work order sheet . Since then I am regularly visiting service center but there is no response from them . I just want my handset back repaired or unrepaired .
