[Resolved] Xolo — Worst service | |||
I own XOLO Q700. I am facing software as well as battery issue in it. From the date of purchase ( i.e[protected] I hardly use it for 2 months and from then phone is in the F1 service centre, Charni Rd., Mumbai till date. There is no stock available for any accessories. No one seems to bother. Xolo should first understand the meaning of customer care. They have made a use and throw phone, once starts giving the problem straight away throw it. Services centre keeps postponing every date of delivery. Even if the one issue is little resolved other pops up on the spot and then again I have to submit the phone. Customer care, Services Centre are useless and worthless. Without understanding the meaning of care and for the sake of opening the services centre and customer care as other manufacturers are doing please do not make a fun of yourself. First understand the needs of consumer. Just went through XOLO website with link HIVE in it. After reading it felt like laughing. Line from XOLO website " Remember when every time someone visited us from abroad, we used to eagerly wait for their bags to be opened? We’d proudly talk about how our aunt from America or uncle from Germany got us gifts from abroad. We’ve always been fancied by all things foreign, whether it was everyday consumables or heavy duty electronics. " Do you really understand what you have put in your website ? I had problem with my XOLO q800 mobile, so I have submitted
my mobile on 28/05/2014 at Deprosys service center-Chennai. When I contact the
service center they said that the mobile is not coming from company. When I contact
the XOLO customer care they say the mobile is under repair. Days passed more
than 52 days till now they are not giving the final date for delivery of my
mobile,

Xolo-q1200
I bought the brand new XOLO Q12OO WHITE . In less than three months the phone abruptly stopped working and its battery got swelled up.Please give me suggestion or help me to solve this problem.mobile not repaired
