I have submitted the tablet to your service center by end of March at below address. Initially when we have submitted the device to your authorized service center it was getting on but not getting charged. They took 15 days to get some parts from Noida and it was working fine for 2 days. After two days it stopped charging at all. I have submitted again and after a week they said it is dead. My device is not even a year old and how can it be dead. I need a replacement for my device immediately. Call me at [protected] for any more information. I need a replacement urgently. This has been 5 days still no response and progress on my complaint. i do't think so that XOLO management is serious about their Customers and just busy in making money by selling the products. Worst after sale service i could see.

Just now Spoke to Ritesh since he was the one who promised me to call me back and resolve my issue in 2 days. It has been 5 days and now he says that he is waiting for a response. He is not ready to tell me what is their escalation process. He is not ready to give me a date by when i can get a response. He is not ready to call service centre and speak to them. Service Centre and Customer care and XOLO mail all are from same company then why they can not call and talk to each other?
