I have purchased Xolo Era 4G Mobile on March 2016. and the battery was suddenly heated heavily and my mobile got shut down. Now my mobile cant power on. I registered complaint to Snapdeal customer service centre over phone call to [protected] but after more than a month still there is result to it. Now i am too tired to speak much more to the snapdeal customer service executive. Now i want to surrender the repaired mobile which i purchased on Snapdeal and i want to refund the entire amount which paid. If failure i will face in Consumer Court.
