[Resolved]  Xolo — mobile model no. X1000

I have bought a Xolo X1000 mobile from CROMA with one year warranty. After 15 days when mobile network stopped working I have visit in service center mentioned address. Company name F1 is who is taking care of repair of mobiles purchased from XOLO. i am recive my mobile Approxe 1 month 10days again same problem Now it has been more then 8 days but i Haven't got a satisfactory reply from them about the mobile. Every time I call them they say will get back to you in couple of days. To my surprise they said I am not recive & not update any update regarding your mobile.

I had purchased xolo q800 mobile phone on 19/4/13 but it was not working properly many complaints were made to company as well as to shopkeeper but in vain .I am from SIRSA 125055,(HARYANA)

Xolo — not working

Its been 1 week I took xoloQ1000 opus cell phone and I did not use this phone as such during this week..I do not even have habit to play games or to download any new apps...still I m facing this problem.. My cell phone not even started.. Very disappointed with this xolo Intel company..

Xolo — display and key not working and received after more than 1 month

After purchase within six month display touch not works.
Given on 27.02.2014 in Malad Service Center, but after 1 moths has been passed and i not get my mobile back.
i have made many calls But there is no response after many reminders, mails, they give standard reply when it repaired, you will be get.

Xolo — xolo is very very very ...... bad company

i have given under warrantee mobile at Malad service center on 27.02.2014 but till date there is no any progress. they it will take more than 6 months due to non availability of part asking for another new phone, they reply that it is co. policy.

Xolo — regarding handset problem

my xoloQ1000s mobile is again and again being shut down without any reason.I took this mobile in Jan 2014.I also went to service center and they repaired.but then also problem occurs.so.i want my handset to be replaced or money given back to me by company.thankyou

I have xoloQ1200 it is in warranty and its gorilla glass is broken do it free cost to repair it. Or do it cost for repairing in service centre. Plzz tell me its gorilla glassblowing

i got defective phone. problems- 1-proximity sensor not working properly 2-display overlapping 3-some time display not visible 4-mobile became unresponsive many time
