[Resolved]  Xolo — XOLO mobile service

I have purchased a mobile XOLO Q 1000S on 03.08.2014 through online. Since the touch screen not working, I have given my mobile in M/s.Bird Enterprises, Authorized service center for XOLO mobiles, Salem, Tamil Nadu on 25.01.2015 for repair. Job sheet No:[protected] / 30.01.2015. After prolonged correspondences made over phones, toll free numbers, e.mails a person from Xolo care, Noida has informed me that an alternate mobile will be given to me. But even after two months i have received. Now they are telling that my earlier job shhet was closed and the new job sheet Number is[protected] / 16.03.2015. How they can tell that the spares for my mobile XOLO Q 1000S within one year. Kindly clarify.
