[Resolved]  Xolo — XOLO phone Poor Service, Received the phone after 24 days in Damaged condition

Dear Sir,

I bought a Xolo X1000 mobile phone. After 3 months it started giving Battery Problem. The battery expended with body and as a result the display was disturbed. Prior to that I sent many emails to the company for it poor battery backup, Poor camera Quality etc. The set was given to F1 Info Solutions & Services Private Limited, Nehru Place, New Delhi on 5th October 2013. Company returned the set on 28th October 2013 in a very worst condition. The touch screen was loosely fitted with the help of some adhesive, and the body was full of adhesive excessively applied on phone. The touch was not working, and the screen was out from the bottom. I called and emailed the matter to the company and received the call from them. They suggested me to return the phone to Service Centre once again. I again given the set to F1 Service Solution, Nehru Place, New Delhi. Now on 12 November, 2013, the service centre is saying that I have to pay Rs. 9000=00 towards damaged screen.

I refused to take the phone.

I have got a business loss of aprox. 4 lacs in these 39 days in addition to the harassment.

I claim to the company for My Business Loss as well
the cost of the phone i.e. Rs. 18000=00 as soon as possible.

Company send a swapped handset to me which I received on 24th Dec 2013.

But it is not working.

I have been cheated again.
17th May 2013 - Purchased Xolo X1000 mobile

till 30th September 2103 - Regularly Complaining for Different Problem related to Sound and camera

02nd October 2013 - Battery Expanded set started giving charging and power backup problems

05th October 2013 - Send the handset to Service centre
28th October 2013 - Got the handset back. In damaged condition. Screen was tampered.
30th October 2013 - Returned the set to Service centre
5th November 2013 - Service cenrte told me that I have to pay Rs. 9000=00 for changing the Screen. I refused to take the hand set

24th December 2013 - received a Swapped Handset. This said to be new handset was not working.
26th December 2013 - Approached to service centre. They sent the handset to the factory for 15 days, saying that the battery is faulty.
