Dear Sir, / Madam Myself jyotish patel has purchase a xolo play 8X-1100 cell phone on 12.09.14 from city collection bharuch gujarat.. Unfortunately its on /off(Power) button went off within a week. I went to a authorized service center of xolo First “He told me it will take few days to repair and he can not repair my phone and without our concern he directly send it to the company for further recovery. Now he told us that we will get the phone back after a month... ok I was huge fan of xolo I suggested the phone to everyone On this Diwali wanted to display it to everyone and now am not having any phone to use its a heart breaking experience. I waited to long for this phone.. I have to bear loses has I have no phone and no one contact me... Hence I simply wanted to my phone money back because as I have to purchase new phone to save my business and I am no further interested in xolo play 8x-1100..I paid 14400 Rs. For it and I want it back...I want your reply ... I got all this trouble from xolo westing my time, money, energy, instead of my favorite phone .So I am fully prepared to go to consumer court if you dident reply in 2-3 days.
