Hi Team,
I have XOLO Q1000S phone (currently in warranty period) and it’s screen got broke recently.(Bought on 15-July-2014 – IMEI No. [protected])
1. Workorder No.[protected]: I submitted my phone in XOLO service center (F1 Info solutions, Raghunath tower, Gurgaon, Haryana - [protected]) on 04-May-15. They returned my phone on 30-May-15 by saying that part is not available. They suggested to give this to new service center in Gurgaon which might help.
2. Workorder No.[protected]: I again submitted my phone to another XOLO service center (Luxmi services, Plot 27/4, Sec-14, Gurgaon, Haryana - [protected]) on 30-May-15. Initially they said, company has sent broken part to us, it gonna take more time. They closed my current work-order without any notice and sent my phone to Repair factory in Noida(UP) without any new work-order. Today on 26-Jun, I got an update from XOLO care that part is not available and I have been asked to collect my phone tomorrow.(I have also lodged a complaint against Luxmi services for false promises with complaint no. 347575)
I am shocked and sad to experience this worst service from XOLO. Moreover, I have not been given any back-up phone during this time.
It’s been close to 2 months (56 days – 04-May to 26-May), I have not received my phone but an update that part is not available. Apart from above, my phone has already been to service center for complete 1-month for battery swelling issues. In last 1-yr, my phone remained for 3 months in service center.
Since my phone is still in warranty period, May I please request you to provide a new phone to me.

P.S.: XOLO punchline – “At XOLO Care we believe in delivering 100% customer satisfaction” - XOLO was founded in 2012. It’s been more than 3yrs and it’s motto is still a question.
