I bought a new xolo Q1010i mobile handset around 1.3 yrs back. It was working fine and had never faced any problem with the phone or it's features, yesterday I was putting my phone in my pocket and was doing my work in my office, at 7:00 pm in the evening suddenly It got blasted with out any reason, it was a worst experience ever, I am shocked because this was not charging at that moment, no one can think it can be blasted in my pocket while it was not charging. I tried to take out my phone but the leather cover had melted n even had burnt my thigh and my right hand fingers and was stuck to it .. I got off n pulled out the fuming phone from my Pocket n threw it Away .. All office mates were amazed to see the fumes .I quickly put water on the phone so that it doesn't blast n hurt the others. I am very disappointed to face this situation, I'll go to the customer care and file a case against it, If xolo production branch can not test their phone in all the condition with all the dimension then why they launched it, I can not bear this, Please look into this matter, otherwise I'll have to take next step against you, My thigh and my finger is already burnt, I am not abl;e to do my regular work seamlessly, I am facing a lot of physical and mental problem due to this incident.
Please take some appropriate action.

I have already visited to the shakarpur delhi east service centre, but they were saying that they are not responsible for such kind of incident, also their behaviour was worst, I have already sent my all details to [protected]@xolo.in even care is not replying well.
I am very much frustrated with all this process and followups, now I have to find some other ways to handle it.
In last few days I realised that Xolo never bother about anxiety of their customers.
I am facing issues because of injuries in my hand and thigh and in such bad condiiton I visited your service centre and was surprised with the behaviours of your employees.
I won't be able to visit any of your service centre in future.
