Dear Sir/Madam,
I had purchased a Xolo handset, as per below details. Make : Xolo / Model : Q1200 / IMEI # : [protected] / Purchase Date : 27 June 2014. I experienced the problem of battery getting discharged at rapid pace. The problem was observed within 2 months of purchase. Subsequently, I got it checked at company's authorized service centre. Battery swelling was noticed and the mobile screen was also found popped up from one of the edges. Further to this, the handset was sent to company vide work order #[protected] dated 17/8/2014. I wonder how such a premium handset caused problem barely within 2 months of purchase? Even after 2 month, I my facing same problem again.This type of problem happening twice in the span of 4 month for a manufacturing company like Xolo??????????? . I'm in no position to wait any longer. Kindly replace my handset with a new one immediately.

The same problem occurred again.I given the handset in service center and I don't want that handset if you are replacing battery this time.I want to replace handset with new one otherwise you will take that handset as gift from my side ( as I want donate this handset to XOLO) and this time I will process this action through customer complaint office vadodara.
