i am having xolo q2000, after one year one time my mobile felt down from that time onwards it is not working, when i gave my mobile to service center by seeing your website, they said the fault cannot be resolved.but we can try by changing spare(PCBA) of rs.6000+tax of 14%, so i want to service my mobile by your own service center, not by the authorised dealers or etc..so i request you to take my mobile through courier for that i want your service center postal address otherwise you should give me a solution for my mobile. my contact details:- CT.SURIYA SUBBIAH, no b3, 3rd floor, mithabrindhavan appartments, thennur high road, thennur, trichy, tamilnadu, india-620017
