my name is DR AMIT N VISPUTE i am using your xolo q3000 mobile, having great feature
but i want final update of kitkat in nashik service center, i am visited service center last week and yesterday also but they don't have kitkat ROM
please help us, we have 6 xolo q 3000 in circle and one more think please increase internal application memory at least 4gb or 6 gb
please help fast
and sent kitkat final file in nashik service center

Pls. note Major Problems Faced enlisted below:-
a) Network Problem:-Weak(Poor) Network on Sim1/Sim2 Both(already confirmed by your Xolo Care Centre that there is Problem in Handset) & this handset need to send to Noida for further analysis/rectification which shall take approx 2 weeks time as confirmed by Bright Communication today over telephone.
Pls. note I also tried by replacing the same SIM into other handsets where I was getting Full Netwrok which itself proves that there is something wrong with the Handset.
b) Weak Batttery Backup:- Battery Gets dischagred within 4-5 hrs even after charging 100%.
Pls. note there is no any apps running at backend.
c) Handset Hangup:- Many Times the Handset gets Hang and very difficult to Handle. I have to either Restart the handset or Power Off and then Power on the same.

I had handover My Handset Xolo Q3000 to above service centre on 21st Feb'2015. Enclosed Work Order No.[protected] dtd.21.02.2015.
Pls. note this Handest was purchased (On Line Purchase Amazon.in) through Paragon Telelinks Pvt.Ltd.vide their Inv. No.MH[protected] dtd.05th May'2014.
This unit is still under warranty and looking towards the poor performance and Very Bad Experience, I am requesting your company to replace the Handset with New One as I am totally unsatisfied with the performance of the Handset.
LOOKING TOWARDS ABOVE SO MUCH TROUBLES, MY SINCERE REQUEST TO XOLO TOWARDS REPLACEMENT OF THE HANDSET WITH A BRNAD NEW ONE WHICH SHALL EXPECTED TO PERFORM AS PER XOLO'S PUBLISHED SPECIFICATIONS.
