Xolo — xolo Q500 Battery not available

Dear Sir, My zolo q-500 battery not works properly.Therefore i have visited to nerby mumbai(virar-sunrising enterprises).they have report my complaint on 6/6/2015.But On 27/6/2015 they said battery not available in customer care center.Also they said in future battery will not be availble. also my work order no[protected] is closed.why it is closed if i have not getting battery.now what i m doing if battery is not available at your end. pl.revert. mob-[protected]-Deepak
