Dear Team, I have Xolo Q2000 ( IMEI No. [protected] )is submitted the Xolo service center 18-Sep-2014 and return my handset to 07-Oct -2014 in bad condition like that break body by Xolo service center and old issue is not resolved and Xolo service center is resubmitted my hand set and say that handover to me
15-20 days but today 20 days completed but no any update to Xolo end .Xolo customer care all persons says your handset is under process and give customer id no.[protected]Oct-2014 but today is 27-Oct-2014 not given due date to return my handset.
