[Resolved] Xolo — XOLO Worst after sales-service - not able to repair after 1 month | |||
Mobile XOLO Q2000 Job No.[protected] on 16.07.2014 - mobile submitted for repair at F1 Help & Solution Service P.Ltd., Surat. Various XOLO mobiles have LCD-screen issue and they do not have enough spare to repair and satisty customer quickly. Till date I have not received my mobile repaired back. To repair screen issue XOLO is taking more than 25 days is a huge delay and no update when shall I get back. I feel they have philosophy of sell in bulk and forget. This device is launched in last 8 months and XOLO Company is not able to repair mobiles quickly. I tried to contact local service center in Surat but they don't have information. I also contacted XOLO Toll free number but they are unable to anwer status of device. I feel I am cheated with same kind of policy of Chinese items like "sell and forget". I have expected better services from XOLO than Chinese phones. Was this information helpful? | |||
