[Resolved]  Xolo — Xolo - Xolo X1000 Mobile Handset Problem since Last FIVE Months

This complaint is 15 DAYS OLD, but no one replied even after many reminders & emails. THIS TYPE OF WORST SERVICE PROVIDED BY XOLO MOBILES. PL. THINK TWEICE TO GO FOR XOLO MOBILE. Dear Xolo Customer Care, Ihave the Xolo X1000 phone. Which has the problem of heating and battery gettingdischarged. Handed over for repair to Xolo service wide W O No.[protected][protected][protected]. This phone is under repairsince last four / five months and can not be repaired by Xolo. Xolo offered mea new handset ( as per Mr. Ashu Maheshwari, but it was not new ) X1000 but THENEW HANDSET HAS MOBILE NETWORK PROBLEM !!! The brand new handset has PROBLEM.Again it was handed over for repair wide work order No.[protected] on21/07/2014 but till the phone is not repaired. No one is replying even after somany mails to the following email ids. ashu.[protected]@xolo.in;chittaranjan.[protected]@xolo.in'; 'reach.[protected]@xolo.in'; 'Xolo Care';[protected]@yahoo.in' This type of worst service and Customer support I neverseen.
