[Resolved] Xpressbees Logistics — Consignment not received | |||||
30th june 2016 To whom it may concern Respected sir/s, Sub: consignment not received I had ordered a product from paytm on 20th june and i got the update that this got shipped through xpressbee logistics service on 21st of june. The awb number for the same is[protected]. Unfortunately, i haven't received this consignment. The biggest irony was that it showed me a status "consignee not available" on[protected]. I am not getting why this happened as i was available at the place of shipping address till 8 p. M on that day. How is that possible to mark such a status when i haven't received any call from the delivery agent.? Again i called in the customer care on[protected] morning and had a query regarding this. They updated me that it will get delivered by evening and asked me, upto what time i will be available at my office (Shipping address is my office address). I informed that i will be available till 8 pm. Just to reconfirm, i called your customer care in the evening around 6:30 and they reconfirmed that it will be delivered. Unfortunately again it didn't get delivered and they have again marked status as "consignee not available" for yesterday. I don't know how you people are adding the status without even calling me and i was there at my office till 9:30 yesterday. I waited for the shipment yesterday also and no joy. These ridiculous logistics people have put up a status "address incomplete & mobile unreachable". This itself says that these guys are big frauds. I had saved this address in my shipping address list since months and have got items delivered in same address from paytm. Also my mobile number was also available and i had received a call from these logistics people at 3:19 pm saying that this will be delivered and from paytm at 5:10 pm informing the same. I have cancelled my order as i don't have time to spend for these messy, unethical, fraud and good for nothing xpressbees logistic people. I have used many logistics services and xpressbee's has turned out to be a worst one now. Really unsatisfied with the service and please take necessary measures against these type of fraud companies at an early date and oblige.
