Hey Hi, I'm Here to complain about Mr.Arun Solhekar, Who is spoiling your Companies Reputation, Which you people were maintaining since from many Years.
Mr. Arun Solhekar, took lakhs of black money for tendering process. He demands money to process in each & every step of work. Since from three yeas he was taking commission from me. During renewal time, He De-mended a lot. I opposed him by not giving money.. He Closed my Tender Call & he Cancelled it...Before 2 Years, already once Mr. Arun Solhekar, was got complained about this black money problem but even though he is not changed til now.. His hungriness on money is raising day by day. So what i request you is to take severe action, So that he wont repeat it again... Simply Its Better to fire him... Or else I'm Damn Sure that this @$$ f#c*er gonna ruin your Company Reputations... Feeling guilty to mention his name with "Mr"..
Here are some of his illegal properties Which he buyed from Black money.. For the safety purpose, he is maintaining this all properties in other names...
1)one site in Tamil Nadu
2)Purchased home in Vartur.
3)Flat in Whitefield. He took this after selling his site, which was in Tamil Nadu
4) He Was Sailing Scrap items in black
5) He was Taking 10-20% of Commission from us.
6) He creates extra bill & takes commission in that also.
7)He placed all company items in relation home. Even drinking water supply of company goes to his home...
8) If he want to go for any Personal trip means, He will be taking Vendor's Car.
9) During company party times. he will create his own bill.. For example: If Bill Is of INR 10, 000. He will give bill of INR 30, 000 for Company.
10) His biggest Forgery is manpower forgery. For Example: If Any labour is on leave means, He will take his half of his daily wages & he will send bill to company as everyone are present.. He won't mention any absent candidate name nor anything related it..
11) Debris forgery & Also local labour forgery.
12) He Also Took one site in Valepura, Gunjur.

You people take immediate action on him.. If you people contact vendor's of past 3 Years(From 2012).. Surely you will get details regarding him, like how much percentage of commission he was taking from the vendors & all other details like what i mentioned above...!!
