[Resolved] Y - Axis — Fraud immigration services | |||
Hi this is in regards with availing y-axis immigration services, i must mention they are just big hypocrites. They never keep their word once customer is registered and paid the amount. I was told that applying for quebec (Canada) migration which has 3 stages and as per y-axis initial commitment it would take 8-12 months, and in real it is more than 36 months and till now even 1 stage has not been cleared. Now i received a notice from quebec authorities for some clarification wherein i requested y-axis for their assistance because as per the contract they will assist me till i get the pr or my application gets rejected. So when i requested for their assistance they are making me here and there instead of helping me out, its been number of times i have called them but no one is ready to help me or even take my call. Please please make sure you are availing services from y-axis at all. Was this information helpful? | |||

In regards to your concern, I have checked our records and found that you have registered with us on 23rd December 2011 for Quebec process. As per the records, you had sent an e-mail to your consultant on 29th of April in the evening. As per the TAT , she had to get back with the solution within 24 hours. Y-Axis has always maintained a cordial yet professional relation with all its clients and will continue to do so. As clarified by your process consultant , there is nothing to worry as you have not received a rejection letter but a reminder to submit the necessary documents which were not done, from your end. We will ensure that going further, you receive proper follow up calls from our end.
