Dear Sir/ Madam,
We have our company website (supremesc.in) hosted on Yahoo Small Business (YSB) India since 2010. For the past 10 days the website is down and all the emails are getting bounced. I have sent so many complaint emails and I receive automated responses with so many incident IDs[protected],[protected],[protected]. No action yet. If we call the toll free number, the waiting times are exceedingly long. Finally, when reached over phone, they ask, if we have raised any complaint because their database does not have any complaint registered. If that is the case, how will be receive the Incident IDs?
YSB is putting our business to stake now. We have not been happy that their customer service is becoming poor every year, despite YSB increasing the fees every year.
Yahoo Small Business India is providing a very poor quality service and charging high. They are not eligible to have a business in India.
