dear sir/madam, I bought a yamaha FZ bike on 15th september 2014, from MSP MOTO WORLD, #215, 100 ft ring road, 3rd phase, 3rd stage Banashankari, Bangalore - 560085, Tel :[protected],[protected], The complete scenario : when i took bike, it has been registered in my fathers name, so i dint have my fathers document that time, so they took the bike form me on 5th OCTOBER 2014, and i submitted all the documents on 16th OCTOBER 2014, and still they had the vehicle and they did the first servicing on 22nd OCTOBER 2014, and after that when i asked for bike, they told that the battery has broken down, and they will change it and after that only i can take the bike, and when i asked for my bike they are keep telling that the bike is under servicing and also telling that give 1300 rs and we will give you a new battery. Today on 30th OCTOBER, after 8 days of servicing till they are telling the same thing, kindly please take action for this issue so that i will get my bike as soon as possible in good condition.
